BASIC FREEDIVER

Let’s Dive In!

About the Course

The PADI Basic Freediver course is a great introduction to the world of freediving and serves as a subset of the full PADI Freediver course. It's designed to help you build a strong foundation by learning key freediving principles and developing breathhold techniques in a safe, controlled environment like a pool or confined water site.

To enroll, you need to be at least 12 years old, have basic swimming skills, and be in good physical health. No previous experience with snorkeling, skin diving, or freediving is necessary to get started.

If you're younger than 12, don’t worry—kids as young as 8 can begin their underwater journey through the PADI Skin Diver course.
