Drysuit Repair Process
- Once your drysuit reaches our facility, our expert team will perform a detailed inspection and conduct a leak test according to your selected service level: Minor, Major, or Annual.
- You’ll receive a detailed summary of any issues found, along with a price estimate and the expected turnaround time for repairs.
- Once you approve the estimate, we’ll carry out the necessary repairs and perform quality assurance testing to ensure your drysuit is functioning at its best.
- After completing the repairs and receiving your payment, we’ll promptly ship your drysuit back to you, ready for your next adventure.
Terms and Conditions
Our standard service turnaround time is 3–4 weeks, with expedited options available for those needing faster results. For urgent requests, our Front of Line Service prioritizes your gear and includes access to rental sets if repairs can’t be completed within the promised timeframe.
Please Note: Do not ship your drysuit while it’s wet, as moisture can cause damage during transit.
