The Emergency First Response CPR & AED course teaches you how to recognize and respond to cardiac arrest situations. You’ll learn how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and perform both traditional and hands-only CPR. Whether you're helping a loved one or assisting a stranger, this training empowers you to act quickly and effectively when every second counts.
