PEAK PERFORMANCE BOUYANCY

Let’s Dive In!

About the Course

Mastering buoyancy is one of the most important skills a diver can develop, and it’s what truly sets experienced divers apart. You've likely seen those divers who move smoothly through the water, barely using any effort or air. They hover with precision, ascend and descend gracefully, and observe marine life without disrupting the environment. With the right training, you can do the same.

The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty course is designed to refine the basic buoyancy techniques you learned during your Open Water Diver training and take them to the next level. You'll learn how to fine-tune your weighting, streamline your gear, and use your breath to make subtle adjustments in the water. These improvements lead to better control, reduced air consumption, and a more enjoyable dive experience overall.

This course is open to PADI (Junior) Open Water Divers or higher who are at least 10 years old.
