Wetsuit Repair Process
When your wetsuit arrives at our facility, our expert team begins with a detailed inspection to assess its condition. Based on the service level you’ve selected — Minor, Major, or Annual — we perform a thorough leak test and evaluate all areas that may need repair or reinforcement.
You’ll receive a clear summary of findings, along with a price estimate and an expected turnaround time. Once you approve the estimate, we move forward with the necessary repairs, using premium materials and proven techniques to restore your suit’s performance.
After the work is completed, your wetsuit undergoes quality assurance testing to ensure it’s functioning at its best. Once repairs are finalized and payment is received, we’ll promptly ship your wetsuit back to you — clean, sealed, and ready for your next adventure.

Our standard service turnaround time is 3–4 weeks, with expedited options available for divers who need faster results. For urgent situations, our Front of Line Service prioritizes your repair and may include access to rental sets if your gear cannot be completed within the promised timeframe.
