Shipping policy

We will ship your product and order in a timely manner in our choosing.  This may be via Fedex or USPS.  All shipments will be at the lowest cost possible and tracking numbers will be provided.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. If a shipment is delayed, customers are expected to work directly with the shipper to initiate a claim. Please provide the carrier’s case number to our team, and we will step in as needed to support resolution.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Refused deliveries

  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient availability or other carrier related issues

These issues fall solely under the carrier’s scope of responsibility.

If a package is refused or returned due to any of the above reasons, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Bottom line: double-check your shipping info, stay responsive with the carrier, and loop us in with a case number if escalation is needed. We’ve got your back—but we won’t own carrier mistakes.
