This allows Open Water Divers who have completed their confined water dives elsewhere to complete the Open water program.  Book or E-Learning must be complete and a signed Open Water Diver Course Referral Form 

Already completed your theory and pool sessions? The PADI Open Water Referral (Part 2) takes you to the ocean, where you’ll complete four open water dives under the guidance of a PADI Professional. This is where everything comes together as you:
